UC Berkeley collaborates with a variety of campus and corporate entities with varying levels of engagement and campus presence. The UPP team works directly with our University Partner and Partner level companies to help facilitate the campuswide co-branding, trademark and licensing process. The way a partner or sponsor is determined varies based on the relationship or connection it has to the university through one of our four partnership levels: University Partner, Partner, Sponsor, and Supporter.
Additionally, we help match the interests and needs of external partners with the strengths of the University brand and our campus stakeholders by ensuring consistent alignment with the mission and visions of the organization with our campus community.
